I have ordered chicken and beef. The first time I baked the chicken using a recipe I had forever, we instantly tasted a difference. The flavor was amazing. It tasted as chicken should without the water, fat and other obvious chemicals that were no longer there.The beef was the same. The beef tasted like no other beef we’ve had it enhanced my meals and complimented my recipes. I can’t thank you enough for making these products available to all. The food comes prepared in airtight bags. It’s packaged to stay fresh, and the flavor doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been back twice, I know I’ll be back again. Thank you and God Bless.

Beef, it's what's for dinner!

Excellent. I braise them for several hours in red wine with a carrot, onion, celery sous vide and fresh herbs. They're just as good as the short ribs, but have a different texture. It just depends on what you're in the mood for!

Beef Shanks Great tasting beef! I uses this meat to make Mexican soup and it was very, very good!! I used onion, cilantro, carrots, cabbage and Mexican squash in the soup. Great tasting beef shanks!!
