I marinated these overnight in garlic, olive oil, salt and smoked paprika. Then these were pan fried in the morning, then finished with a squirt of lime juice... and these were DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! It's hard to find pastured chicken hearts, and these were fresh, nutritious and will be on our next shopping order!
