Bavarian Hefeweizen All Grain Beer Recipe Kit

Good beer, nice banana scent

Good Hefeweizen. I bottled 6 bottles between 1st and 2nd fermentation to taste the difference, and then did 3 gallons plain, and 2 gallons with two popped cardamom pods in it for the second fermentation. I think the cardamom version is the best. Haven’t tried the primary fermentation ones quite yet. My European boyfriend is less pleased with the results, but thinks they’ll get better on the bottle. Overall, I’m happy!

Very light and almost clear,was not able to measure final og or alcohol %,tastes great.First time making it.
