Saflager 34/70
Using the Saflager 34/70 in a batch of Maibock. Pitched yeast @ 62degrees and holding temp @ 55. Lots of activity in the air lock at day 2. Will ferment for 14 days then transfer to a secondary to lager 4 weeks @ 38 degrees. This is my 3rd batch of Maibock, it has turned out delicious every time. 🍺PROST 🍺

too many review requests
I've been impressed with this company. My one complaint is how many emails I get to review purchases. This one is still in secondary fermentation, so I can't review it yet, although I've had several email to. simmer down.
