Doorway Chin-Up Bar / Door Pull-Up Bar

been a month since i bought this bar already, thought i should make a review. the bar comes with some screws if you want to make it more sturdy/solid/permenant between your doorway, but i don’t use it that way. when i want to train pull i just put the bar up and take it back down when i’m done. it surprisingly doesn’t show any signs of bending in the middle when doing pull ups (granted i am only 105 pounds but it can definitely hold more than that). this is a safer option for your doorway than the pull up bars that you hook on top of the moulding, but the rubber part might mess up the paint job a bit- maybe (nothing a little magic eraser won’t fix). overall, pretty good.
