Best steak I’ve ever had in my life. It was thick very lean chunk 1 pound cooked whole so it took lot of time cooking on cast iron, flipping and checking temp. When I was first cutting into it I thought I overlooked it as it was quite tough. Yet once it was bitten into it was so soft and tender incredible. Just divine. I nearly want to replace all beef consumption with this is how fantastic it was.
