Dye & Protect Set

I have a very thick corse hair. It did nothing! I feel like 3 pumps was not enough. It was hard to spread through my scalp. It said no gloves needed, however my hands were colored and I had to scrub few times to get rid of it. My hair was not colored at all, I followed the instructions! Disappointed! How ever liked the conditioner, my hair feels nice and slick, was easy to comb through.

The Red gave my roots and scalp an orange look and I used it as instructed. I wouldn’t use it to colour my hair on a regular basis, but as I already have red hair, it would be good as a colour boost in between salon treatments. I think it’s very overpriced for what it does though.

This color didn't work for me. I like the light brown. Can we stop further payment? And reimburse?
