Collagen Neck Mask (free gift)

I have had an order go through in correctly. I was ordering masks. But only got the so called free gifts. I was charged $52. I immediately emailed customer service. I was handed off to 2 different people. The last one said she will have a team member reach out. Quasi has a time limit on their returns. 14 days. I feel they are trying to just hold out so I can't return it. Also if you return something. You pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is insane. All I wanted was the face masks. Now I'm stuck with neck masks also the book states it was successfully delivered. But, I never received a book. Also, I can see every item delivered has a picture of my front door. The book as nothing. I don't believe a book was even sent. There is not tracking data for the book either. Anyways be really careful. Also, the "free gifts" are not free. It says free gift next to my order but it charged me. I ordered 4 masks and the free neck masks and book popped up.

So far, it’s great. I’ll let you know when I’ve used them longer. I’ve only used one so far.

It was slippery and kept fixing it. In the morning i felt refreshed with my skin feeling tight.
