Theracane Massage Cane

A friend had a theracane at her house. I would use it every time I went over there. I finally treated myself and bought one. So thankful I did. It’s amazing to have on hand any time I need. Highly recommend.

It's for those spots that you can't reach on your own, and for really digging in! I use it for my back and in between shoulder blade area mainly. I wish it was a bit more solid, as it's a little flexible and that throws off getting in there.
