So. I'm 51 years old and I am trying to do good things for myself without going extreme. Extreme never works for me.. I don't stick to it. I LOVE THIS LIGHT. It sets on my desk. It is preset to run 3 minutes. I run UVB inthe evening and healing in the morning. I have only been doing this a few days, but I LOOK FORWARD TO IT!

The hardware works as expected

I am focusing on the quality of the hardware not the effect of the science. The product is built with a durable quality. Every setting appears to work as intended. All safety features appear to work. Easy to use, instructions are pretty clear. No complaints on the product itself. It is work trying if there is a useful return period as the product does not appear cheap.
