Called Whole Latte Love's tech support, the representative helped me go through my troubleshooting checklist for my Gaggia Classic (I had done some experimenting before I called), isolating the problem down to a faulty indicator light on the button cluster. I was able to order the part and in a week I installed the new button cluster and my Gaggia Classic works like new. Thanks a lot Whole Latte Love!
