The grinder has lived up to expectations. It is easy to use and has been great upgrade from my previous grinder for producing consistent espresso. Really appreciate the customer service from Espresso Outlet as they proactively refunded, then shipped out the upgraded titanium burrs for this order that were backordered. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Wow am I impressed with this grinder. Tremendous machine for the price. I upgraded over what I had and this is a massive improvement. Nicely done Turin. Quality product and highly recommended.

Much better than I expected..

Always Hype when someone has something to sell - that makes me very hesitant to buy anything over the net. BUT - So far (2 weeks) all works much better than I thought it might. I followed directions exactly - now have it set on "50" and get great coffee over my old Breville grinder. Wife won't let me give it away yet tho!!!
