This didn't not stop my appetite and I did not feel anything or different. After also a whole month this is not for me. I did have food cravings anyway. I don't eat when I stress anyway. I thought this was supposed to help with blood sugar. My guess the dosage of Berberine is not enough it's only 10 mg.
