Upon receiving my order I looked closer at all the patches and was worried about wearing them all at one time. I wasn't even sure if that was how to do it. So I started with just the metabolism one. I noticed a little change but added the slim with it yesterday and noticed a big change. I made it through the work day without wanting snacks!!
