This does not work for me nor my wife and even though I made sure not to do a subscription when I purchased to try this product. When the first order came in the product description was not for the burning of hard to burn fats (brown fats) but for cellulite when I called the CS said it did burn the brown fats so I decided to try it for the month as the CS said 3 or 4 weeks to see this evidence. They processed another order and said I had done a subscription via email even though I had originally gotten 3 bottles for just me at approximately 34 or so days after. Now thier phone system will not respond to when I select 3 to cancel subscription or 4 for refund and ends call after going through auto intro 4 or 5 times. I did not have a problem when I called the first time with their phone system allowing me to select department to talk to. I recommend to not do business with this company for any of their products and being issues with other sups through Shopify be warned

I had cancelled my subscription, then i get a notification that my credit card was charged. I immediately sent a response for them to cancel. They finally responded 5 days later , sorry its been shipped. I said i show no subscription, they said well the auto pay must have happened. When you getvtge product, just do a ret to sender. And we will credit your account, i finally got the product , did another email, asking of thats all I have to do? Crickets. My husband did not realize i was waiting on a response. And dropped the package in the mail. Then, 3 days later I get a note wanting me to take pictures of the unopened product. I never opened the bag, these companies are fraudulent. Now all of my emails are gone! I’ll never see this money. This product does not work. Dont waste your money.

After 2+ months, I have not noticed any changes resulting from using this product. Also, I tried to cancel the subscription, and instead they “paused” my subscription for 3 months - meaning I have to try to cancel AGAIN in 3 months. REALLY IRRITATING!!
