The pots and pans are great quality and I like them very much...I did notice that scrambled eggs did stick to my pan even with some butter for them. Cleaning was easy.

Its a learning curve to get the hang of cooking with these, but cleanup is truly a breeze and the food just seems to taste cleaner. I would love to see a smaller skillet added, like 6 to 8 inch for things like scrambled eggs, omelettes, etc.

I was missing a nut, but I just used a simple one. No use going through the trouble to get a factory but. Still sticks a bit, but there's no chemical chipping. No matter what kind of spatula I use, there's no burnt mess to clean up.
