I was intrigued to see if Supra could make a difference to my training over the space of a few weeks and I'm very surprised how good it has been. I train 6 days mostly running and strength work outs and I'm feeling really good. Hydration is on point thanks to the electrolytes and magnesium has made a massive difference especially on heavy sessions with no cramping and no doms. The creatine has been a game changer for me as I've never used it before and I feel so focused and strong and it tastes really good.

It’s a great idea. Nicely packaged. Good combo of ingredients. But honestly, it tastes awful. Didn’t even finish the batch I bought. I know the Supra folk are going to say ‘just add more water’, as they have said to others who complained the same thing. But I’m not looking to drink 3G of creatine in half a litre of water. That’s not why I bought this.

Take it first thing in the morning and has really helped me with my energy through out the day and to find that little bit extra for the evening work out
