Naze Strips

Genuinely actually impressed with these. Me and the husband both use them and we’ve both noticed an actual difference. I have a bit more of an issue breathing through my nose than he does because of an injury years ago, so I wasn’t really expecting a little strip to do that much, but they actually do. I can breathe much easier with them on and I feel like they’re even helping me to train myself to breathe through my nose properly again instead of automatically mouth breathing. Definitely something we’ll keep using.

Only tried them because one I find it hard to sleep breathing through my nose and two it’s great your Irish. I bought the 6 month subscription and from trying the first one on my nose it’s insane how it works and how I feel in the morning, not as tired and more energy and from the six months supply I got I have one box left as I have converted my wife, my mother and my father so I will have to order again thanks a million

I was sceptical about the Naze strips but decided to give them a go. They certainly opened my airways and now I can get enough air through my nose to reduce my mouth breathing which also reduced my snoring. One thing to note - make sure you wash your face prior to application to remove any oils on your skin which makes the strip adhesive works much better. I am a month into my three months subscription and so far I am pleased.
