So far I have enjoyed my headrest, pretty simple set up and matches the chair, only issues are that despite tightening hard it still will still tilt sometimes and also a lack of tightening option to prevent the sliding up and down

Comfy, easy to adjust and easy to tighten enough to lock it in place. It feels no different than if it was built into the chair from the factory.
