the best knife ever

Well, my husband and son, did all of the research, they thought that I could use better knifes, I thought that I had pretty good ones, compare to my girl friends..mine were very good, I do a lot of cooking, everything from scratch...so they get a lot of use, and I take care of them. First of all, I love the looks of them and how they fit in my hands. Then when I got home and started using them, I was just amaze on how they handle, but the most amazing is: how thin I can slice tomatoes onions and so on, how easy it is to filet some fish and i can go on. well in all, I wished that I had them all of my life what a joy using these
