Deep sleep!
I've only tried 8hours Sleep for a few nights so far, and I've had some of the deepest sleep I've had in years. I look forward to adding in Rise over the coming weeks but so far so good :)

What I can recommend
After starting a few years back with sleep and the routine in getting it right before bedtime, I am also added rise to the program. For me it works. Give it a try.
