Magnesium (glycinate)

I’ve been really happy with this magnesium glycinate. It’s easy to take and gentle on my stomach, and I like taking it in the evening as part of my routine. I’ve found it helpful for feeling more relaxed and winding down before bed.

Relaxation & fatigue

I’ve only tried one other product that actually kept me awake at night, although I’m still not sure whether it was the product or simply me! Since switching to this magnesium product, I’ve definitely noticed an improvement. In particular, it has really helped with my afternoon fatigue, which has made a noticeable difference.

I take this supplement religiously to help with sleep and I swear by it. I also take other Pure Encapsulations supplements and find them to be of high quality.
