When i unpacked the fan the base came away, exposing the wires, it's very flimsy. I have taken a photo, how do i complain to the company please, there is no communication address on the leaflet provided

Took 6 weeks to arrive after numerous emails. Only 1 fan came still awaiting a refund. Terrible service
