Creatine Monohydrate

Bettavits creatine is easy to use and appears to be a great product. One tiny criticism - the measuring scoop is the same colour as the powder so it disappears in the pot!

This is a great product - recommended by my physio as I am recovering from a shoulder injury, and I can really feel the difference with just a tiny amount of this each morning. It's completely tasteless so easy to add to yoghurt for breakfast.
