Very good service and speed of delivery. The products are very good, but the formula does not make the dirt simply wash off we had to gently wipe the cars clean, tar and stuff wiped of without any problems. But the end result is amazing. The only other thing I'd say is the bottles do not keep pressure for long so you cannot spray for a very long time like they demo in the videos, your lucky if you get half that time with the allowed 15 pumps. With all that said all works well.
