Red Noodle Yard Long Bean (Heirloom 85 Days)

Planted 10 seeds. Came up slow. Nice beans. About 1 foot long. Turned green when cooked. That's Okay. Tasty w/ bacon and butter, lemon. Got a few dried beans. Are they okay to save? Fun to watch them grow. Thank you.
