Royal Burgundy Bush Bean (51 Days)

Late summer order.

I decided to put in a late crop of bush beans—particularly wax beans, since they can be hard to find at the grocery. Ended up ordering 3 different kinds. Transaction was easy, shipping cost better than I expected, and delivery fast. Germination was good and I got a good enough crop to can some old-fashioned dilly beans.

Delicious and easy to grow

These are my family's favorite beans. They always do well even neglected in poor MN soil, and the purple color is not only cool looking but makes them easier to harvest. I love the taste and texture too.
