If you like to wait months for your order and don’t mind several of the gel capsules being empty and not getting a tracking number then this company will accommodate you. When the wait gets the better of you rest assured they will let you know that its on its way but just don’t expect that important tracking number because you won’t get it. If your in Australia where they say that they are then I’m sorry to disappoint you because they aren’t in Australia they’re in China another missleading thing in the advertising. However you do eventually get the package.

Getting the run around. Incorrect tracking number given. When courier contacted the tracking number was for another company and was sent to a different address. Contacted Louma by multiple emails, always directing me back to the courier every time. The only item they “said” that they verified is the wrong tracking number & my address. Very disappointed. I would give them a zero star on this one, if i could.

I have tried repeatedly to cancel this recurring order. I will need to go through my credit card dispute process. I do not recommend this company.
