My boyfriend uses this every night Before bed. Before he was waking up every night in pain and since he's been using this he sleeps the whole night through! So happy he finally found something that helps!

I've been using the wrist cover for 2 weeks 2 times a day. The jury is still out but I do seem to notice some improvement.
