I tried this tea for a month and it does seem to have helped with low mood and other PMS symptoms. Four out of five stars because I think one of the ingredients didn't sit well in my stomach - I'll be trying the ingredients individually to see if I can isolate the one driving the PMS relief for me!

Helped with nighttime sweats

After quite a few nights of poor restless sleep due to night sweats, I used the last of my sample pack of this tea during the afternoon because I just needed something non-caffeinated to warm up my cold hands and feet. I did a first and second brew on the leaves and drank all of it. That night was the first time in a week that I got really good sleep, only waking up hot once. I'm hoping it was my afternoon tea and I'm ordering more of it to see if it was!

Love the light fruity flavor
