Great for iron replenishment!

I use this during menstruation to help with symptoms and aid in iron replenishment. I brew a large pot combined with Holy Basil and Spearmint and drink several cups throughout the day. Tastes great!

Nettle tea is a widely recognized herbal tea. I cannot say that I felt any 'rush' of wellness. The tea IS tasty and is as satisfying as my green herbal tea purchases. Make certain to use paper rather than plastic sachets for brewing. I WOULD purchase this again.
