Mild Flavor

So glad I ordered it. Love the flavor and texture. Husband isn’t familiar with cooking liver so off to YouTube we went. Who knew that there would be so many ways of cooking it. He chose a simple method and it came out delicious. Liver, onions and apple, with mashed potatoes. Liver has a unique mild flavor and cooks easily. I grew up with it and if you did too, try bison liver and enjoy.

The absolute best!

I have loved grilling or frying a good piece of liver and onions! Bison liver definitely has the best sweet taste, just don't overcook it.
