Unbelievable!!
Absolutely mouthwatering! Definitely high quality meat!! We have never seen such marbleing in a ribeye, it really looks like a work of art! Worth every dollar!! If you want to impress or just do something really nice for hubby, this is the cut! He literally said it melted in his mouth, and the best ribeye he has ever had, no comparison to any other in his lifetime!

Absolutely unbelievable
I started off by purchasing 2 ribeyes, and they were so incredibly good that I ordered more. When people describe them melting in your mouth, that is not hyperbole….it’s true. The texture is unbelievable and the flavor is out of this world It needs absolutely no seasoning…just salt. The thickness of the steaks are perfect because they’re thick enough so that it cooks long enough to render the fat, but thin enough so that you have complete control over your cooking. You don’t have to worry about raw centers because it cooks fast and evenly.
I had ordered ribeyes from another company (the beef was raised in a different prefecture) and as far as I can tell, there’s a definite difference in the taste/texture of beef that comes from different places in Japan. The Miyazakigyu ribeyes were superior.
In any case, Meat n’ Bone will be my go-to for Wagyu ribeye.

not for every day, but... SO amazing!
Japanese A5 wagyu often reminds me more of seared foie gras than it reminds me of a perfect aged porterhouse or anything like that -- it will never replace "real" steak for me, but you're ever in the mood for something (...like MEAT, that is...) both ultra-rich and ultra-delicious, you can't do better than one of these guys. worth the $$$. If you've only ever tried American (or any other country's) "wagyu," you have not really tried wagyu yet: give this a shot!
