Second season with this variety!
Second year planting this variety. Seeds consistently germinate well. Squash is firm and flavorful! I've had issues with powdery mildew in the past - these plants seem to be very resilient. No PM issues at all. Success with transplanting and direct sowing.

I first started seedlings and transplanted but the insect pressure was too great and those plants were overcome and destroyed by the insects. Since then I’ve direct seeded twice. The second time I also started seedlings in pots. Both of these resulting sets of plants are doing fine as the insect pressure has diminished. Looking forward to seeing how the fruit turns out.

These have been hardy and transplanted well. They've been producing well and are about like an average yellow summer squash. I'll grow them again next year.
