A New Favorite!
Violetta is one of my new favorites! I grew it last summer, and then planted more in our greenhouse for our winter garden. It excelled in both seasons! The beautiful leaves add color and texture to our salads. I planted it again this spring in our greenhouse for early greens, and it germinated well and is growing well.

The Violetta Pak Choi Seeds are Growing
I planted these seeds earlier this month (is now July 21st) and they are growing fast; the leaves are a pretty violet/greenish hue and I look forward to eating not only the pak choi itself, but also the pretty flowers that will grow with it. The flowers are so good boiled as well as the pak choi; butter and salt added makes them a very tasty addition to any meal!
