Almost Perfect Except ….

Love the padding in these shorts but I find that they are a bit too tight and too high in the waist area. I own several pairs and different types of the Pearl Izumi shorts. I prefer the older style that were a bit lower and roomier in the waist area . It was recommended that I size up (which I did), but t still found them a bit snug in the waist. I’m 5’3” and 120 lbs.

Barely workable

First pair was too small, replaced with larger size. Technically fits but it isnt comfortable, and i dont mean in a size way. The rear end has a big diaper feel and shorts dont feel like they glide with motion, just a stiff feeling. I have other pear Izumi, that I haven't had any issue with, one was purchased online, but the color wasnt what was depicted, sp i had to try again for a truly navy pair and got these. Online purchases get a failing grade from me and i am not likely to purchase online again.

Awesome Shorts

These are my new favorite shorts! They fit great, the fabric is soft and the padding is comfortable. I like the higher waist band.
