Factory Chains

Short!

I bought a SRAM pre-waxed chain from a retailer. When I tried to use it, it was too short! Silca graciously quickly replaced it. I was pleased to learn that the chain had been waxed with Endurance chip. Look forward to trying it.

come exactly as expected. i did have to remove a few links, but better too long than too short

The chain came perfectly waxed and ready to go. So much easier than waxing yourself.
