Tocos are so creamy and delicious. I eat them off a spoon, in oatmeal, smoothies, and juices. They are an incredibly easy way of getting vitamin E into your system! Honestly, I could probably sit and eat a whole bag with just a spoon. My morning routine is fresh juice, 2 tbls of tocos and 1/2 tsp of maca! Perfect to get the day started.
