Excellent Class
Excellent class. The pace was great and the small class size allowed good visibility and interaction. Breaking down a chicken two different ways and getting to try different knives was great, too.

Usefull Knowledge and great Knife!
Great class, I've been saving money by butchering my chickens and have a never ending supply of home made broth and stock. Besides that I use the knife every day to prep all the veggies. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in getting a great knife and learning how to properly butcher and debone a chicken.
