Nightfall Black Saison

Just sampled my first bottle after it conditioned for three weeks. Disappointed as I was expecting a richer more robust flavor. Maybe it will improve with time but I doubt it. Certainly drinkable though. Could be due to “brewer error “ so maybe I should try another batch in the future (or a different dark beer kit).

Too soon

I’ve made this before, turned out very nice, this time I added an addition of French strisselspalt hops near the end of the boil also 1lb of corn sugar, only been in the bottle 10 days.
