I've been taking X3 for approx 10 months. at the start of July 2023 by fasted blood results were... Total: 6.9 LDL: 4.3 HDL: 2.3 Triglyc: 0.7 My GP wanted to put me on statins - which i refused. instead i gave X3 a try. I have experienced no side effects from taking this product. Latest Blood results in Apr-2024: Total: 5.97 LDL: 2.9 HDL: 2.2 Triglyc: 1.293 great result, and I have made no changes to diet and/or exercise - I've always exercised regularly and eaten a healthy diet.

Cholesterol and triglycerides went down!

To be fair I've changed my diet (which wasn't bad before, but I've tailored it) and am taking high dosage Omega 3, and avoiding caffeine and priced food. But according to my doctor diet alone wouldn't change my results as much as they've changed (cholesterol down from 310 to 211 and triglycerides from 272 to 119 (!!). So yes combining your product with healthy diet and exercise made a massive difference. Thank you
