Middle Mountain "Pomelo Flower Aroma" Dan Cong Oolong Tea

The shop should sell better grade of tea(all kind- Oolong teas, dancong oolong teas, Wuyi Rock teas) If you can have King Grade of all the above teas I mention, I would not mind to pay more for better teas. I hope you will have AAA or King Grade teas coming soon. The ones I have are not in high flower aroma (flower aroma not at the top I express, you should get some AAA or King Grade, top aroma teas) (or 輕焙烏龍, 輕焙Dancong, and 輕焙Wuyi Rock teas will have more flower aroma) Less fire aroma will be better.

Spicy floral bouquet

Great quality dancong. As soon as I added the leaves to a heated gaiwan, I could smell the lilac and magnolia aroma. After a quick rinse, this transformed into citrus flower, orchid and fresh rubber smell with hints of rye bread. The taste was sweet, slightly bitter, dark cherry, nutmeg and mace. The texture was light, almost brothy. The empty cups smelled like mangosteens. The aftertaste was floral, mineral and slightly bitter that lasted for a long time. Overall, from 5g of leaf in a 100ml gaiwan, I could brew 7 times.

I’ve tried around 6 different Dancongs from three different sellers and the middle mountain pomelo flower is my favorite so far. notes of buttery croissants, wildflower honey, tangerine zest, rose hips, freshly baked donuts, and tinned peaches.
