Excellent tea at a fair price
Smell: bread and wine Tasting notes: initially very sweet bread with lemon zest, then more and more of spices (ginger!) come out Brewing parameters: 8g/150ml, 95C 10s (keep first brew to drink last), then 99C 5s -> 5s -> +5s

unique and delicious
It's the mouth feeling that really struck me with this one. I saw ginger in the description but wasn't expecting the warm, spicy mouth coating feeling that lasts several steepings and makes it unique among the dancongs Iv'e tried so far. Fragrances were very complex but more subdued than some dancong. Also harder to oversteep than some dancong (didn't go bitter). I've been sampling various dancong, but will definately want to come back to this one because of its mouth feel.
