GABA-192 Oolong Tea

This tea is my daily drinker. It certainly improves my mood. Now whether it’s the effect of the GABA or the taste of the amazing oolong, I don’t know. Either way, it’s all in my head.

I love this tea and it’s my go-to for everyday use. I like how juicy it is, and the caffeine content is perfect to get me through the afternoon slump. I’ve also noticed I have a generally better mood after having this tea, but that could be placebo effect as much as the gaba stuff. I also love that I have yet to make a bad-tasting cup of this tea. I’ve messed up so many others by making them too watery or bitter. Not this tea!
