An amazing allergy friendly pie for when you have that craving and no time
Seriously, when the housemates are conspiring to eat it, thinking it was a forgotten pie, then it isn't missing anything. To me, this tastes better than the ones I made myself using recipes without corn, soy or gluten, and a lot less work. So worth it all around as a treat when you just want to enjoy something without sharing.
