Dinner Rolls - good but too chewy

I love everything from Mariposa so I ordered the dinner rolls for a gathering I had. They were a bit too chewy in the middle for me. I warmed them as recommended on the label. I don't bake GF but have been GF for over 15 years, so I know this is a tricky thing to make. I do love the rye bread and biscuits!
