Cinnamon Cassia (1" Sticks)

I used these cinnamon sticks to simmer with clove, ginger & elderberries to make a fall/winter syrup. It turned out so well!!

My large jar of cinnamon arrived very well packaged. I’m enjoying the cinnamon every morning on my cereal. It is good quality and good flavor.

Can we talk about how these are adorably half the length of a 'regular' cinnamon stick so that they fit perfectly in the Gneiss jars?! Just love everything about this company and their products.
