BT1 Bass Xtender™

I took the recommendation from AJ Hager and had these installed (by him). I love them

Have had a drop-D on my Fender Jazz for years and love it. Finally upgraded my Stingray as well and very happy I did. Glad I ordered the short stem so the new tuning machine matches the rest. Great workmanship - my other bass extender has worked flawlessly and stayed in perfect tune both up and down for years, and I expect this new one will as well. Thanks for making such a useful and well-made product!

Great product. Bad customer sevice. I ordered it. It sat in the queue for weeks. I emailed hipshot to get an update. No reply. So called them. I was told it was being manufactured and to wait another week. Several weeks went by so I called again to see if more had been made. The guy said “I have one right here.” So, I said, “do you think you could mail it to me please?” He seemed genuinely surprised it hadn’t been mailed out. They need to get their act together.
