My experience with the Hipshot company has always been a pleasant one. However I placed this order in January and after a month had gone by I found the company number and called about the order. Turns out the nickel extender key was out of stock. They offered me the chrome version instead and I agreed. The order was in my hands in less than three days. I love them so much I immediately ordered a third one in chrome and am waiting to receive it. Think it should be here soon. Great products. Great customer service and normally really fast shipping
