Great product, but the delivery experience was disappointing. There were significant delays, and communication throughout the process was poor, with little to no updates provided. In today's market, customers reasonably expect delivery to be both prompt and reliable, and unfortunately this experience fell well short of that standard. That said, the quality of the product itself was excellent, which is why I have since placed another order. However, I have done so with much lower expectations regarding delivery times and customer communication.

My 11yr old Boxer needed support on his flat memory foam bed, and the pillow swems to be the perfect fit for him, while he stays cool. He really likes the cover, and that makes me happy.

I bought this for my dog who gets hot easily. I added this cover on top of her bed and she loves it. she sleeps so much better now with this to help her stay cool.
